Last year we did a beautiful and modern project in Kuopio. Fitness centre Energy Kumpusaari is one of the biggest gyms in Easter Finland. It is located in Kuopio, Kumpusaarentie 60. The gym was opened in 2021, 30th November. In the gym there are different training zones: cardio, plate loaded exercise machines, free weights area, functional training, stretching and group training zones. Kumpusaari gym includes training equipment from manufacturers such as Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, Eleiko and Xenios.
