The Life Fitness Symbio Incline Elliptical is a premium commercial crosstrainer that combines a biomechanically developed elliptical motion with adjustable incline. Its patented movement pattern follows the body’s natural running arc, creating a smooth and controlled training experience across different resistance and incline settings.
The incline adjustment changes both workout intensity and muscle emphasis. Users can train the whole body, focus more specifically on the lower body or use the interactive Muscle Map™ to select the muscle groups they would like to target.
Interactive Muscle Map™
The Muscle Map™ allows users to select a target muscle group directly from the console. The machine then uses incline settings and on-screen guidance to help create a more focused workout. Guidance for both forward and reverse movement further expands the available muscle-targeting options.
The system makes it easier for users to understand how changes in direction and incline affect the muscles being trained.
Natural and comfortable movement
The 55.9 cm stride length provides a spacious and natural elliptical movement. Patented FlexForm™ pedals support the connection between the feet and the machine throughout the stride, while multi-grip moving handles allow users to select a comfortable hand position.
Incline and resistance controls are integrated into the moving handles. Additional customisable controls are located near the stationary handles, making adjustments accessible during different training positions.

The 24-inch Full HD touchscreen offers guided workouts, Interactive Terrains, entertainment and detailed performance information. Bluetooth®, ANT+, Wi-Fi, NFC and compatible smartwatch connectivity support the use of personal devices and heart-rate monitors.
