The standard construction technique combines steel and cast iron by welding, which may be weak and less resistant over time. In fact, traditional dumbbells cannot provide a sufficient level of safety. The chances of welding failure increase the risk of accidents!

The Xenios USA manufacturing process consists of (before welding) drilling the end of the handle, which is cut and pressed to make the handle itself creates a mechanical anchor inside the dumbbells' ends. Even in case of welding failure, this system guarantees the weights to the handle, without the risk of falling down.

The virgin rubber coating of the weights is another great advantage of these dumbbells. Contrarily to recycled or low-quality rubber, 100% virgin rubber does not grease, does not disperse color on surfaces and fabrics and does not release any odor.
