Life Fitness Symbio Runner Treadmill
The Life Fitness Symbio Runner is a premium commercial treadmill designed to make indoor running feel more natural, personal and engaging. Its Adaptive Flex Deck® technology allows each user to adjust the firmness of the running surface, while integrated sensors provide detailed information about running technique and performance.
The treadmill offers five deck-firmness settings, ranging from a softer, more cushioned feel to a firmer and more responsive running surface. This allows users to select the feel that best suits their training style, comfort preferences and performance goals. During compatible Interactive Terrain workouts, the deck and incline can also adapt to the selected route, creating a more immersive running experience.
Personalised running experience
Advanced Performance Metrics provide real-time information including cadence, stride length, left-to-right balance, flight time and ground contact time. These measurements help users understand their running pattern and follow changes in their technique over time.
Speed, incline and deck firmness can be adjusted from the conveniently positioned one-touch control pad. Personalised shortcut buttons make it easier to change important settings without interrupting the natural running position.
Immersive 24-inch console
The 24-inch Full HD touchscreen provides access to Interactive Terrains, guided workouts, entertainment and detailed workout information. Bluetooth®, ANT+, Wi-Fi, NFC, Apple Watch® and Samsung Galaxy Watch® compatibility support easy connection with compatible devices and heart-rate monitors. A built-in Qi charging area helps keep personal devices charged during training.
Smart Lighting™ can be customised with 16 colours and three brightness levels. The lighting can complement the interior of the facility, guide users during workouts and help indicate equipment status.
