Life Fitness Symbio Recumbent Cycle
The Life Fitness Symbio Recumbent Cycle is a premium recumbent exercise bike designed around comfort, accessibility and natural pedalling biomechanics. Its very low step-through frame makes entry and exit easier, while the supportive seat and optimised pedal position provide a stable and comfortable training position.
The machine is suitable for a broad range of users, including beginners, experienced exercisers, older adults and users who prefer a supported, low-impact cardio workout.
Adjustable comfort
The Comfort Plus™ seat features a supportive backrest, lumbar support and premium double-stitched upholstery. The seat position can be changed using a light-touch wrap-around adjustment lever, while the backrest angle can be adjusted with one hand from either side of the seat.
Position sensors and on-screen guidance help users find a suitable setup. The handlebars and console can also be adjusted forwards or backwards to improve visibility, reach and comfort.
Natural pedalling position
Self-levelling Wide Ride™ pedals are positioned at an optimised angle to support a comfortable and efficient pedalling motion. Adjustable straps help keep the feet secure, while the open step-through design reduces unnecessary movement when entering or leaving the machine.
Resistance and media controls are located beside the seat, allowing users to make adjustments without changing their supported training position.
Connected training and entertainment
The 24-inch Full HD touchscreen offers guided workouts, Interactive Terrains, entertainment and clear workout information. Bluetooth®, ANT+, Wi-Fi, NFC, compatible smartwatch connectivity and Qi wireless charging support a modern and connected exercise experience.
Smart Lighting™ can be adjusted using 16 colours and three brightness levels, allowing the machine to complement the design of the facility.
