The Life Fitness E3 Cross-Trainer is a well-built total body trainer that’s sized ideally for most adults. This elliptical operates almost silently and offers great variety for training support. The E3 is a solid value for the typical shopper, but trainees who are particularly tall or small might prefer the E5, both are possible to buy in our shop.

FEATURE RICH FOR MOTIVATING HOME WORKOUT

The E3 Elliptical Cross-Trainer was built with comfort in mind and strives to mimic human movement, making home exercise feel smooth and natural. The E3 trainer is built with a fixed 20 inch stride and can withstand up to 400 pounds. Users can choose from 20 levels of resistance and there are sensors in both of the moving handlebars for quick resistance changes. On the stationary handlebars is the Coach Zone program panel which features targeted workouts that focus on specific muscle groups for easier muscle toning and training.

The E3 is one of the quietest home cross-trainers available thanks to WhisperStride™ technology. Maintenance-free ball bearings reduce friction and ensure nearly silent operation, which is ideal for home use.
